MY STORY
*When I walked away from religion, I thought that discontinuing my church attendance was enough. I stopped going to church, but I was not free. I lived my life the best way I knew how, but I was afraid and confused. The unknown after religion was crippling. I didn't kknow that I needed to recalibrate my nervous system. I didn't know that religious dogma had become my identity; so I wasn't experiencing the liberation in its' fullness. It would be another 20 years after leaving church to experience liberation in my mind, body, spirit, and soul! The twenty years was NOT required.
