Why don't we embrace the power of our words? Because our ego tells us that it is impossible for us to exist with that type of power. Even religion tells us that if we desire something, we must reach for something else outside of us to "pray" for it. 

Well, the ancients lived by their metaphysical power to call forth the unseen into the seen. Affirmations are not about making vain repetitions, hoping, praying, or believing. When we make affirmations, we are affirming what already is. 

Programming of all kinds will tell us that we must accept what "life throws at us." No! We do not. When we use the power of our words, our Heka, we are finally agreeing with our soul that we are cosmic beings able to manifest all that is aligned with love, prosperity, and complete wholeness.
